first time in a week so I figured on an easy day, for fun did 10 reps at 95 on bp followed immediately by 10 rows at 75 in each hand, 2 minutes rest after the rows. gotta work on the gunzzzz

woke up at around 6 with a nasty cramp in my left calf, almost skipped gym because i was mighty afraid of if happening again mid squat. happily nothing happened, a pretty good day all around. was nice to get over 300 again
