    I didn't read that carefully enough the first time. It had a drastically different meaning until my brain read "virginia" correctly.

    was planning on a light day after saturday but something on the bus must have tweaked my knee as it didn't feel good at all at 275 so i stopped after 1 set. should be fine by weds
