I thought I had loaded 107.5 on the ohp but thinking about it later I had 110 on there, which explains a little the fail. well, that and my pathetic upper body. rp came up pretty easy, so maybe will try some heavy deads next time
So how's the DOMS been treating you this week?
surprisingly not bad at all! I think the fact I did a ton of walking in Boston helped to some extent
I want to try and go heavier these next couple of weeks before I head out on vacation in late may. My knees always protest when I get over 315 on the squat, hopefully this time I can push it a bit
