    ohp 1001x5, 1x3, 1x5 w/85lb dbr 10 times each hand between sets

    sq were a little shaky, I was a little tired after having a long walk in the morning because of the parade in nyc
    traveling for weekend, may not get another gym day until next weds

    well thanks to Daughter's efforts I actually was able to get some semblance of a workout done on this trip. she interwebbed around and found us a gym where we could lift, so I did my best pizzadad impersonation and was able to squat and deadlift with my daughter...fun times!
