    basically because on Saturdays i'm lazy and don't want to change clothes at the gym, so I just drive there wearing my shorts/shirt and 'stocks and just start the workout. during the week I go to the gym directly from the bus so I have to change.

    tonight will see if 307.5 works, using the squat shoes

    missed monday and weds because of life, so needed to squeeze in a little session today just to try and tread water. felt fine, but the bloated belly tells the tale of far too much food these past 5 days...
