65% is about 140, so I guess that's about right! I think I'll stay at the tues/Thurs/Sun schedule I'm on but not fret so much if I miss a few days like I have been.

    Tues 7/14/15 light Bastille Day
    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 245 1x3, 225 1x8
    OHP 45 1x5, 65 1x5, 85 1x5, 115 1x3, 105 1x2
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5

was out late last night on a client dinner, alcohol was involved, so the legs were just pooped. also, as a moron, i thought I had put 235 on the bar when in fact it was 245; it felt heavy so I said the hell with it, plus i didn't have any lunch so there was no gas in the tank. I got a couple reps done at 115 on the ohp which I don't think I've ever done before, so that was nice, and just ended the easy session with some light DLs to keep that going.

    Thurs 7/16/15 Meh day
    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 205 1x5, 245 1x5, 205 1x8
    DBP 75 1x10, 80 1x10, 85 1x10, 90 1x10, 100 1x10

note to self: avoid late lunches involving beer, wine, and large plates of pasta on days you are planning to workout

SQ felt ok, and the legs felt fresher, which was surprising given that I only got about 3 hrs of sleep last night and had a late big mildly boozy lunch which finished at 3:30 and I was in the gym at 5:45. Downside was distended belly did not agree at all with the belt on the sq, so figured discretion the better part of valor and best not to do full work set. DBP were wobbly at 100 (i.e. a 50lb db in each paw) but done, which is a first so happy about that.

I'm not sure but I don't think the large amount of pasta was THE problem...

It must have been the wine.

Beer ( and coffee ) is excellent recovery fluids...

I blame the wine. Beer, coffee, water and whiskey are all you need.
