    woohoo, another gym day! I'm happy with how the squats are going. i've widened my stance so that i can really get my belly down to depth; maybe this 10th reset will be the charm

    felt pretty good i'm happy to say. been quite a while since i hoisted 375, it was a little hiphitchy at the top but it went up
