first sq at 295 felt reallyy weak, waited a bit and other sets were hard but doable; consequently 335 on dl felt way heavier than it should have, did the 10 at 225 out of annoyance
That 10x225 was it Cardio?

i should have done 305 or so but decided to make it 315. not the strongest but they all were reasonably deep. on the rp 365 crept up slowly which should have told me 405 wasn't happening; it did tell me but as usual i didn't listen
