ok finally failed, i was able to run heavy lifting 3xs a week for longer than I thought, and frankly i probably could have lugged the balance of the 320s up but why risk it. felt sore and tired this morning, and all the lifts were sluggish. will switch now to lighter deads and maybe rows, etc twice per week and try and go heavy on the 3rd day
You had a great run of 3x5 since late September. That's good work! Now to heavy/light each week?
