i have a Toro, but it has paddles, not grindy blades, so if the snow is on the chunky side I don't even bother

How is recovery from that many sets and reps of DL's?
Frankly I see the appeal, but seems like a lot for an old guy like me.

I know you had 70 more pounds on the bar last week, so this is not real heavy for you.
    Would be for me though.

To me single stage snow blowers similar to a heavy broom, except that they do a good job on snow that has been walked on or run over by a car.
The rubber blades clean that off better than a shovel or a dual stage blower. But they clog easily and after the plow goes by the house, that thick stuff
ain't gonna happen using a single stage.

i'm a little sore but my guess is that's more from the pounding my hands and upper body took from chopping the icy snow than the deads. i'll try and be a good boy and lift a proper sequence on weds or fri but, honestly, i am over-doing the deads because i can't do squats so i figure what the hey

my single-stage rubberized paddle wheeler does pretty well as long as the snow is fluffy; it's chomped through 18+ inches but yeah once it gets a little sticky then the clogging begins. fun times. still beats shoveling, plus i try to do it wearing my t-rex suit to give the people driving around something to look at lol

I have a Toro with the rubber paddles, bought it in 2014. Two years ago it began the give me problems, the chute would clog with ice after going 2 feet. I was ready to chuck it. I did some research and found out when the pp paddles get worn the clearance caused this . I found out Toro makes commercial grade replacement paddles, I installed them but didn't get to use the the blower last year. I used it last Thursday and it didn't clog at all.

    ah, good info Jerry, thanks!

What i love about it is that it's a 4 stroke engine, so no more of that having to mix the gas and oil crap

got sloppy and let the bar get out in from of me on the last rep at 335 and i started falling forward. downside of the figure8 straps is there's no letting go of the bar lol oops

    called it a day
