    dl 135 1x10, 155 1x10
    rows 155 3x10

    light day, just called them rows as i'm sure they're not quite pendley. will try and get a heavy single dl done on monday, we'll see. if i did 355 for 5 last monday i should have a single pretty high in the 3s in the tank somewhere. my problem (well, one of them lol) is always bailing too early. Rip posted recently a video about working it for at least 5 seconds before bailing; will try that

    Just pretend you're doing an isometric hold with a slow negative if it doesn't go all the way up.
    That will certainly activate an adaptive response.
    Then go eat a truck load of steak.

    Hang in there. You will feel like ass for a bit , but then you will pop thru and start working your way back up.

    happy with this, 385 which is either ties my pr or just 10 shy came up reasonably easy
