Glad to read that you're on the road to recovery, with minimal side effects.

When you are able to get back to training, remember this little ditty:

Do what you can, where you are, with what you have.

Some days are gonna be better than others, and it might get frustrating.

You guys are killing me. I’m squirming as I read this. Sorry to hear about the malignancy. Most of our battles in life, we do not choose. Kick it’s ass.
Btw. I love that you went for 405 in your last workout before the surgery.

Thanks PD! I figured wth, if it went up, great. if it didn't, well, that's nothing new. and if i injured something hell i was already going to be unable to lift anything for a while so why not lol. The doc told me not to lift more than 10lbs for some ridiculous number of weeks, that ain't happening. i've already done more and started doing some body weight squats just to keep moving. I also used the snowblower yesterday on the 9 1/2 inches of global warming we got, as while he said i couldn't lift more than 10 pounds he didn't say anything about pushing more than 10.

    Mr. B,

Be careful there. I have a friend who had a robotic prostatectomy and got a little frisky too early. He ended up back in hospital, and the docs were none to happy with him.

Don't over do it. Setbacks suck.
