Just a thought, how about trying floor presses with either the DBs or the BB.
you know Jerry that's a great idea, one that i would have never thought of. Especialy now that our garage floors are a lot warmer lol!

yay, big wheels are back! yeah yeahh i know i shouldn't keep doing 3x10 but it's so dang light, I think I will keep doing the extra volume until i get back over 225. we'll see
