On sore wrists after OHP: Make sure wrists aren't bent. They aren't made to carry that weight. Point your index finders at each other on the bar, as you doubtless already know. But focus on doing that. It does help me to avoid...somewhat...the tendency to bend my wrists backward.
Just add a fee lbs. don't go crazy.

finally got all the presses done. yay, i guess. now there's a 10lb jump for wednesday, as i'm using 2 dumbbells and lack both microplates and the energy to offload weight from the deadlift bar. yikes
