Man your squats are moving up like a rocket! Congrats!

Eight sets of five...your lower body must be like a mule and I mean that in a good way.

Thanks Fred! Yeah, the sq has moved up to 3 wheels pretty quickly, I think because I had been doing all those deads, of course, because deads help with everything (I think it says that in the Bible). I have to say, and I'm sure I will jinx myself here now, ,but the 315s felt as good as they have ever done, and I think it's in part because I'm the heaviest I've ever been, probably in the mid 230s, and that extra 10-15lbs sitting around my belly is just giving that much more support. I would like to lose the weight, but it seems to have a use.

I hadn't counted up the sets, I just like doing sets of 5! Time for some dead lift sets now!

Dang, B - I hadn't checked your log in a while - you're having a heck of a run lately! As for gaining weight, what can you say? Mass moves mass. And yes - that is in the Bible (the Blue one)!

Lifts are looking great. How is the vision going?
I just went for new glasses and was told I can look forward to cataract surgery in about a year.
Not so surprised since my Mom had it when she was 75.

Jerry, I can't begin to describe how amazing it is. Yes, I need to wear cheapo reading glasses now, whoopie 3 for $18 at Costco, but both eyes are now 20/20 for distance, and the world is incredibly brighter. I am gobsmacked every time I walk outside. And them headsmacked when I walk inside by my Bride as she's become annoyed at me babbling on how great everything (including her, of course!) looks.
