    dl 140 1x5, 190 1x5, 230 1x5, 280 1x5, 320 x5, 370 1x1
    ohp 45 1x5, 95 1x5, 45 1x10

    370 went up better than 365 did last week, better form, more of a lift than a hippy drag. always a good thing. Will be traveling next week so probably will slip backwards a touch, which is fine.

    Thanks, it felt pretty good. I'm off to a convention on Wednesday so I will see some back sliding but hopefully not too much. getting with in sniffing range of a pr or two, that will be fun to try for

    tues 4/19/22

    sq 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5

    so first time in the rack in a long time. went to a convention then I caught the Wuhan Lung Rot, it was happily more or less like a medium sore throat, fever, some congestion, no biggie.

    I was hoping to squat a little heavier but my Bride walked in and insisted that we go out to a bar.

    I couldn't refuse.

    Man, it's sadly amazing how quickly the gainzzz ebb. I figured that 3x5 at 315 would be a reach after 3 weeks, but man the 3x5 at 95 on the ohp was just as hard.
