the combination of still being a tad DOMS from Tuesday and tweaking my knee on an exceptionally cramped bus ride home kept the workout light. I was able to get nice and deep on all the reps but on the final rep at 235 I felt a little pain in the left knee so figured better safe than sorry and bagged the backoff set...so I did some deadlifts instead lol.
