great! man i tell you some of them i grind so much there's more than enough time for the defense to get down field!
i swear sometimes it's a solid 10 seconds for me to get out of the hole :)

thought i'd try something different and see if by doing the DL first I might be able to do some decent weight during the week. discovered that didn't work, I think that I just don't get enough sleep during the week to have anything in the tank for lifting after work. Oh well, back to the old grind, will just have to give myself lots of time on Sunday to really push.

just lethargic all around, plus the headache I had didn't help. will try and get some rest tomorrow and see if i get anything back in the tank for sunday. really getting brain dead: twice i had miss-matched weights on the bar, once in the squat and once in the press.
