    Sun 9/13/15 hvy day
    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 1x5, 285 0x0, 265 1x5
    BP 65 1x5, 85 1x5, 95 1x5, 115 1x5, 135 1x5, 95 1x10
    DL 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 2x5

was only able to do a couple half sq at 285 but at least struggled through th 265s. the bp is a struggle as always, and that last rep is mighty noodly but it's getting there. i think i was still a little tired from lifting on friday so decided not to push it on the deads.

just lethargic all around, plus the headache I had didn't help. will try and get some rest tomorrow and see if i get anything back in the tank for sunday. really getting brain dead: twice i had miss-matched weights on the bar, once in the squat and once in the press.
felt this way the other day....I hate showing up to training feeling this way. Funny thing though, many times I end up with a good session.
Also, you're not the only one that gets brain dead. Some mornings I just wake up headachy and out of it.

the other day I loaded the bar to bench for a top set of max reps. I started to bench and thought, 'holy shit this is light man' I think I did like 12 reps. I decided to look at the bar and there it was....I thought I had a 35's next to the 45's but I had 25's. Fuck, That was my top set. so now I have to do another topset with the right weight.

So yeah, it happens, good thing only once in awhile.

Not my top set, but working up to 280 for squats today, I put what I thought was 255 on the bar for my last warm up. "Gee, that was easy." Then I notice the 10-lb bumpers leaning against the wall. Doh! I only had 215 on the bar.

(For the curious, my second pair of 45-lb bumpers is actually a pair of 25's andtwo pairs of 10's.)

Fri 9/18/15 traveling road show day
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 255 1x1, 280 1x5, 295 1x3, 310 0x0

Happened to be in the neighborhood so I took the opportunity to do some dead lifts with Cimmerian. A damned nice chap and great to work out with. The set at 295 came up surprisingly easy, given that it tied my pr and despite a little hand slippage; just for shits and giggles I made an attempt at 310 after Cimm did his work set but nope
