    Deads are very "mental" lifts.

Lifting the beer mugs must have been difficult.

Sun 9/20/15 let's see what's in the tank day
    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 1x5, 255 1x3, 285 1x5, 235 1x8
    OHP 65 1x10, 85 1x5, 105 1x3, 95 1x5
    DL 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 1x5, 255 1x5

After doing some heavy deadlifting with Cimm on friday and then spending many hours in the car I wasn't too sure who would show up this morning. SQ were kind of weird, 235 felt very heavy on the way up; 255 felt lighter, 285 for the first time i was able to do a craptastic set of 5, so that was nice, and the backoff I was really able to pound out at 235; back was a leeeettle tender though. OHP just were a struggle, quite a shock there. The deads felt ok, the set at 255 came up pretty easily and I probably could have easily done a bunch at 275 but didn't want to overwork the back more than I already was. All in all a pretty good session given the short turn-around.

    Tues 9/22/15 light day
    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 1x5, 255 1x3, 225 2x5
    OHP 65 1x5, 85 1x5, 95 1x5, 105 1x3, 85 1x5
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 265 1x5

the back and left knee got a little iffy on the bus ride home; that and the 3 slice of pizza with hot sauce for lunch was not a recipe for a great session. squats were leaden, 255 felt like a ton and really grindy coming up out of the hole. OHP, well, I guess my shoulders will still sore from Sunday. the deads at least felt fine, except for my grip starting to loosen on the last 2 reps at 265.
