    DL 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 1x5, 255 1x5, 235 1x5
    DBP 25 1x10, 30 1x10, 35 1x10, 40 1x10, 45 1x10

    left knee was still a little twitchy, plus the squat racks were occupied so I just did some easy fun deads and trying to get back to doing my brotine dumbell presses. I'm not sure on the protocol with DBP: does one list the weight of each dumbell or the combined weight of the two? these are the weighty reflections of my mind as i avoid pondering how the pope being a few blocks away is going to totally jones my bus ride home.

    I count DB actions in Bronits, using the following pounds -> bronits conversion formula:

    1 bronit = ( pounds + 10 ) * 1.25 + ( 2 * how many times you catch a girl admiring your GAINZ ) + ( 5 * how many times you offered someone 'tickets to the gun show' before taking your shirt off )

    I think Gilchrest probably has a matlab program to calculate it based on your total SWOLE as well.

    Nice formula - I see you've scienced before. You might need a grunt audibility multiplier. More noize, more weight, more gainzorbs. Check the brorollary for proof.

    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x3, 305 1x2 pr

    got so annoyed at 285 that i decided to try 295 instead, got most of the way down and back up a couple times but nothing to call a legit rep. was very happy to finally break 135 on the BP, and MAN did it feel good to pull 305.

    there is some progress left in this old husk yet.
