been a loong long week of eating out and drinking til the wee hours of the morning with clients so i knew today would not be pretty and it didn't disappoint. as clients havent left town yet tuesday will be a wash, so we'll have to make do until thurs and hopefully get back in some semblance of a pattern.

oh my GOD it was nice to finally have a squat set go well again. the 265s werent easy but sombitch they got done. maybe those sets of 50 helped, maybe it was something else, who knows but yee-haw. The ohp were useless as always, and on the last rep at 105 i failed miserably because it required a grind and as my name isnt peez or cmynhier that shit ain't happening on a press.
the squat was a mix of happy and frustrating because i had it about 6 inches off the floor and i just knew i could get that bitch up but then my left hand failed; i will not use the hook grip i will not. soon you will be mine, oh yes, you will.
