    BP 65 1x10, 85 1x5, 95 1x5, 115 1x5, 135 1x2, 95 1x10
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x2, 325 0x0, 275 1x2, 225 1x10

    decided I'm liking higher volume on moderately heavy weights. was able to grind out 30 at 225, they felt ok. bench useless as always. on the deads the grip was fine but i think the combination of a late night out and all the squats left little in the tank, so i did an extra set at 225 as penance, and held the last one at lockout for 15 seconds or so to strengthen the grip a touch more. not a bad day all things considered.

    absolutely nothing, that's the problem. I have zilch upperbody strength. i need to force myself to start doing a ton of pushups to try and build it up.
