just wanted to do and easy workout after sunday. sq were tight but manageable, ohp just were noodly goofs, and the set of 5 deads at 285 really came up pretty easy.

AC was broken at the gym so it was hot and muggy as could be. happy to get the 3x8 done in the dips; i discovered they seem easier if i do them faster. will start at -30lbs next week. deads felt good.
