    Thurs 11/19/15
    SQ 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 1x5, 255 3x5
    Dips (-20) 1x2, (-30) 3x8
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 295 1x2

sq were ok, actually i think the 255 felt easier than the 235. dips i just couldn't get more done at -20 so went back to -30...i've got a lot of upper body weakness to shake off so the extra reps here are all good. deads felt great, 295 went up pretty easy, feel like if i don't go nuts on sq on sunday than 335 will be mine.

    sun 11/22/15
    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 1x5, 295 0x1
    BP 65 1x5, 95 1x5, 115 1x5, 140 1x3, 105 1x10
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x2, 335 1x1 pr, 275 1x1

sq were a bit of a chore, have a lot of pain in my right wrist; it doesn't hurt at all doing the lifts (but i'm in agony when i try and use a zipper for instance) but i just can't get it comfortable on the bar during squats. Never mentally was into the try at 295. BP was ok, got a couple reps done at 140..man do those 2.5lb plates look silly next to the big wheels lol. on the deads it was great to have the mental strength to pull the 335 ya-friggin-HOO. i really wanted to get that done today because starting now through new years my time for training will simply disappear; feels very satisfying to 'end' on a pr

That's all right, it doesn't matter much in the long run.
