    tues 12/1/15 bust my butt before taking the rest of the week of to drink
    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 5x10
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x5

    so happy to finally get the 50 done at 225, but man was I tuckered out afterwards. was hoping to do some ohp but decided to rest and just do some deads...

    OHP 65 1x10, 85 1x10, 95 1x5, 65 1x10
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 315 3x1

    long long tiring week, snuck to the gym today to try and get some work in. sq felt ok, but mentally i let myself get distracted by the folks around me and just gave up at 295 (my thoughts as I got under the bar were literally "ok what's going to be the best way for me to bail on this squat?" which, surprisingly, did not lead to an attempt full of confidence); I did 2 but meh. OHP were just done because I hadn't done them in a while. Deads felt good, it was nice to get 3 singles done at 315, waited about 90 seconds between each.

    Crazy shit....That's a ton of tonnage in one workout. cudo's.

    I recall last year I didn't 20 reppers until I hit 240. I vividly recall thinking when I was done, 'someone bring me a wheelchair'. I literally couldn't feel my legs.

    lol, i never added it up but that was about 5 1/2 tons...no wonder that beer tasted so damn good afterwards thanks lou!

    Deads are sorta weird. If they are done "right", they do feel good. Weird.
