first time in a week in the gym so I didn't really want to go too heavy; the first 15 at 235 went easy enough that i figured what the hell might as well go for 50. Deads were ok, happy to get the 305s done. krocs at the end were really hard, especially the left arm. see how sore i am tomorrow lol.
