    go do some cardio...lift with only you good arm, one arm press, rows...lol..come on you can figure it out.

    DBP 30 1x10, 32.5 1x10, 35 1x10, 37.5 1x10, 40 1x10
    Krocs 35 1x10, 37.5 1x10, 40 1x10

    got a cortisone shot on 1/18 so planned on resting for a week, that sort of flew by the wayside with the snow removal required on Sat/Sun, but wrist still felt much better yesterday so gave the gym a try. everything felt good, sq were a little sluggish but not surprising after a week off. wrist didn't hurt at all during workout but hurts like an absolute bitch this morning, hopefully just a temporary flare...

    took thurs off from the gym to try and let this tired old husk rest a bit. had a hellacious knot in my right shoulder; don't know if i slept on it wrong or what but it was very uncomfortable getting under the bar. it did loosen up as the sq went along but still was dodgey on the work sets. oh well, at least the wrist felt decent; not normal but much better. DLs felt good, and the best part was my Bride had gotten tired of hearing me extoll the virtues of the deads so she finally gave in and gave them a try; she finished her top set with a big grin so now she knows! she pulled a decent weight too, so hopefully she'll keep at 'em.

    hope you wrist is ok. Do you ice, any wrist strength work?
