I can do that Press 2.0 thing pretty good with an empty bar.
But as soon as I put any plates on I get way too wobbly.
Too scary. It's the press 1.0 for me.

I shoot for press 1.5 -- first rep gets the breath at the bottom, hip reflex, rest of the reps breathe at the top, try to get a bounce off the bottom.

Ditto! Just feels right and I believe it's a technique I'll stick with for the long haul. Less faffing about making sure I'm tight before the start of each rep (since my grip actually has the bar floating above my clavicles in the bottom position - long forearms and stuff - less pointless fatigue accumulation from setups between reps) as well as fewer problems with losing tightness during the rep, and less worrying about whether I'm doing 2.0 or a push press.

still trying to get a feel for lbbs. the warmups just didn't feel quite right but oddly enough the workset felt spot-on (I found that if I have the bar set lower in the rack I have an easier time wriggling under it and finding the right spot); so much so that i did a 1x10 for the last set, which may have been why the deads weren't quite all that. on the fail at 365 my back looked like the Gateway Arch in St Louis...puta. The back-offs at 315 were more out of annoyance at myself than anything else. DBP and Krocs slowly getting better...look ma, guns! lol

convert to LBBS will take some time. I like you found that lower the bar in the rack made it easier for me to set the bar and my T-Spine. IF you have adequate shoulder flexibility you're better off than me. It takes a few to several warm ups before I can bring my hands in.

I recently had to do a set of HBS. Funny how your body just remembers.

Glad to see you have progressed so quickly
