    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x2, 315 1x3, 275 1x5
    SQ 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 210 3x5
    DBP 45 1x10, 50 1x10, 55 1x5
    Krocs 45 1x15, 50 1x12, 55 1x10

thought i'd switch the order up and see what was in the tank by doing the deads first. Found out the tank was empty lol. deads felt heavy, 315 felt like a ton, and since i'm getting on a plane in a few hours i figured it would be a really bad idea to push for no reason. SQ felt good, DBPs slowly creeping up which is good.

Are you and fellow NJ lifters interested in meeting up at the Black Iron Loft some time in March or April? We could have a iron therapy group session there ...

    SQ 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 215 4x5, 185 1x8
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 3x5, 225 1x10
    DBP 45 1x12, 50 1x10
    Kroc 45 1x12, 50 1x20

spent all last week in Amsterdam at a hotel that didn't have a gym; it had a "spa" and, well, no. Warm up sq were tough, as the shoulders were really cramped after flying back and forth across the Pond in economy. Work sets went well enough that I threw in a 4th for shits and giggles as the weight is still reasonably light as we rebuild and learn this whole LBBS thing. Deads felt ok too but man-o-manichevitz was I plum tuckered out at the end and barely did the last couple at 225. DBP and Krocs were very tough as well; I would have thought all the 16oz curls I did last week should have maintained some tone but alas that was not the case.

Looking forward to some serious DOMS...

    SQ 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 205 1x5, 220 4x5
    OHP 65 1x10, 85 1x5, 95 3x5
    Paused DL 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 3x5
    Kroc 45 1x10, 50 1x10, 55 1x10, 60 1x12

SQ are coming along slow and easy, i'm not foreseeing any issues with rejoining the 2 plate club on Thursday. OHP are still Satan's Spawn, paused deads are absolute killers. I may have to find a different set of dumbbells for the krocs, as the ones i'm using have a more triangular bar shape instead of the round, and this is starting to give me some blistery callouses on my fingers which i'm not thrilled about.

How did doing the DL first affect your lifts?

Hi carson! I don't think it really affected the other lifts but only because I have deloaded a lot since going from high-bar to low-bar that my sq weights are still only about 70% of what they were before so I really didn't need a ton of energy after. In other words, it really wasn't an issue because I was only trying to squat 210 after the deads, not 285 so even though I expended a lot of energy on the deads i could still recover enough to do everything else

As the weights creep back up to PR-land then I honestly may have to change my distribution somewhat. Right now I have Sunday as my 'heavy' day for both squats and Deads, as that's the day when I don't have time constraints in the gym, but as things get heavier again I may need to shift the heavy squat day to say tuesday nights and leave the hvy dead day as sunday, we'll see.
