    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x1, 325 1x1, 365 0x0
    SQ 45 1x10. 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 1x5, 260 3x5, 225 1x5
    OH 65 1x10, 95 1x5
    K 50 1x10, 55 1x10, 60 1x10

    sq racks were occupied so started with the deads. meh, everything felt heavy. squats felt really heavy, probably reaching point where i cant keep going up 5 every time, 3 times a week. see if we fail-ola at 265 on sunday. tweaked my shoulder on the ohp so a convenient enough excuse to bail on them, did a few k's just for shit and giggles.

    and gunz.

    Yeah 5x3 after limit deads. Brass ones hombre! If you got that lot, then I reckon you've got the +5lbs next time with squats first.

    Yeah, I am dead after deads, can't even think of doing SQ after .... and beer is a recovery drink.

    i had to go to choir practice at church afterwards last night

    but i did have time for a nice glass of rye when i got home before bed...much needed.

    Amen to that. Pre & post workout as well. Liquid bread, we call it.

    Does anyone feel like doing my workout for me tonight? It's 5s day for me, new cycle, bench and squat, and I'm feeling lazy ...
