sq racks were occupied so started with the deads. meh, everything felt heavy. squats felt really heavy, probably reaching point where i cant keep going up 5 every time, 3 times a week. see if we fail-ola at 265 on sunday. tweaked my shoulder on the ohp so a convenient enough excuse to bail on them, did a few k's just for shit and giggles.
