    OHP 65 1x5, 95 1x5, 115 0x0
    DL 225 1x5, 275 1x3

    really really pooped yet again with no drive. It's been a pretty shitty week mentally and that will be my excuse. quite a struggle to do the sets at 270, this is the heaviest i've done in awhile so will start back on HLM with the L on tuesday as this weekend i won't get to the gym.

    no, nothing so organized. since i hurt my ribs i've just reset my sq and worked it back up 5# a session to within 20# of my high, the ohp i was just doing because i suck at it and decided to do it, and the deads i was just messing around because i like them. so now i need to actually do a Plan
