    DOMS, it's not just for breakfast anymore! i knew i'd be one sore sumbitch after tues and my powers of prognostication did not disappoint. depth was ok on the squats, and i will force my bench to creep up. deads felt ok, grip was a little weak on the upper sets but that's to be expected. achilles sore before and after, fine during. c'est la vie

    lots of weeding in the yard yesterday left me sore all over this morning. the 4th rep on the 2nd set at 275 was a really long grinder that almost didn't make it, so i figured better safe than sorry. grip on the deads still weak, did doh-alt(L)-alt(R) on the sets at 315

    now time for beer
