DOMS, it's not just for breakfast anymore! i knew i'd be one sore sumbitch after tues and my powers of prognostication did not disappoint. depth was ok on the squats, and i will force my bench to creep up. deads felt ok, grip was a little weak on the upper sets but that's to be expected. achilles sore before and after, fine during. c'est la vie
