    everything felt pretty good. made the mistake of eating a big pork roll sammich about 30 minutes before going to the gym...ho nellie it *almost* was Hurl City on the deads at 315 so i cut the set short lol

    but hey, pork roll takes precedence

    That's just part of the game.

    I usually try to make it an hour between eating and lifting, a bit like we were told back when we were kids, "wait an hour after eating before going swimming".

    Ahahaha for me it helps to try to burp as much as possible before the set to prevent barfing. Hope it was yummy!
