warm up squats felt good, 275 felt pretty easy so i said wtf and threw on the 3rd wheel; for a 20lb pr it was tough but got done :) afterwards i was a little tired to do much of anything on the deads but still feel pretty happy. now off to the shore for some fried fish and beer :)
