    sq 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 245 1x5, 275 1x5, 315 3x5 pr, 225 1x5
    dl 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 315 1x2, 370 0x0, 335 0x0

    warm up squats felt good, 275 felt pretty easy so i said wtf and threw on the 3rd wheel; for a 20lb pr it was tough but got done afterwards i was a little tired to do much of anything on the deads but still feel pretty happy. now off to the shore for some fried fish and beer

    ohp 65 1x10, 95 3x5
    dl 225 5x5, 1 min between sets

    still a little sore after sunday, plus had an unexpected lunch at work today that involved pasta and wine so after i did the squats i was feeling pretty tired.
