335 Double Overhand is legitimate badassery.

I'm thinking about doing "Kroc Rows" -- (heavy dumbell rows, braced on a bench, for high sets) -- as an accessory for that purpose.

sun 11/29/15 first day in a week day
    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 245 3x5, 225 1x5
    Dips (-30) 1x8
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x5, 295 1x2

first time my shadow had darkened the gym door in a week, and a week of heavy eating and beveraging plus my right thumb/wrist is just killing me with some carpal tunnel issues (i think) so was just looking to read water and not loose too much. squats felt good actually, was able to pop 245 pretty effortlessly (in spite of a nice guy next to me who told me that going below parallel was bad for my knees; i just listened politely and said "thanks, there's a lot of different info out there, isn't there?" and kept going down like the cheap hooker i am); dips didn't have much to them but the deads felt great, no issues what-so-ever with the wrist. well if i can get one decent workout in per week over the next month I'll be happy and hopefully able to get back on the gainztrain come january.
