long long tiring week, snuck to the gym today to try and get some work in. sq felt ok, but mentally i let myself get distracted by the folks around me and just gave up at 295 (my thoughts as I got under the bar were literally "ok what's going to be the best way for me to bail on this squat?" which, surprisingly, did not lead to an attempt full of confidence); I did 2 but meh. OHP were just done because I hadn't done them in a while. Deads felt good, it was nice to get 3 singles done at 315, waited about 90 seconds between each.
