    thanks carson! I'm getting so close that I can taste a 3 plate squat and 4 plate dead; when I remember where I started it is very, very satisfying.

    SQ 45 1x10, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5, 240 3x10
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x4, 315 1x5, 275 1x5

    wanted to try and get the 50 done at 240 but the lower back was getting fatigued at the end of the 3rd set so I decided not to push it too much.

    And what better way to re-energize a fatigued lower back than some dead lifts? lol
