    just trying to beat myself up as much as possible before i go see the orthopedist about this wrist on monday and he makes me stop lifting for a few weeks to let it heal...

    ah well, just nothing able to happen today. got a few halfsies done at 315 as I was afraid to go all the way down, and 305 didn't feel any lighter. Deads were a bummer because the wrist finally started to hurt on them, so i guess it's a good thing i am seeing the orthopedic tomorrow; as a result wasn't into it mentally and 365 wouldn't even budge off the floor, so kind of a sigh on my last day of being 51.

    but let's look at the year in review:

    Sat Feb 5/2015 session with Adam and now:
    SQ 135 ==> 295
    DL 155 ==>355


    so all in all I'm pretty pleased at this first year.

    starting strength coach development program
    so the doc send tendonitis and gave me a cortisone shot, said should be better in a week or so. yay!
