once you get with LBBS, you will catch up to your HBS quickly.
I converted this past November to LBBS. At that time my HBS was 340 1rm. I just hit 365 LBBS a few weeks ago.

woohoo, back to 2-plateville on LBBS now. now i'm only 70lbs below my pr on HBBS...oh well, we'll get there again. Thought i'd see if i could get some excitement in the deads and uh nope. 335 was not the prettiest thing and once again 365 wouldn't budge off the floor. thought i should probably start doing BP again, and 'Ol Noodle Arms Is Back at 135 so I need to build that up. pathetic really. at least the krocs are creeping up so i may get moar gunz!

sq creeping back up, still feels heavier than i think it should but i'm also probably not getting enough rest. that showed in the deads, after lifting more than i should have on thurs i was just tired today. DBP and Krocs going along fine but man i wish my gym had some dumbbells with not-so-sharp knurls on them; these things are ripping the dog snot out of my hands.
