    weds 11/2/16
    20 minutes rowing
    bp 95 1x5, 115 1x5, 125 4x5, 115 1x5
    ohp 65 1x5, 95 1x5, 105 1x2, 95 1x3

forgot my ipod so the 20 minutes rowing felt like 30 minutes...under water
benches ok, drifting towards pathetic pr territory..i just laugh that i have squatted 345, deadlifted 375...and never benched 145. oh well, making an effort now to get there

The more I fail to move my bench consistently, and the more I read about bench, the more I believe it's about volume & frequency. The problem being - volume & frequency are too low. How often do you bench?

I don't know about your gym, but the rowers at mine have little games on them. They usually last about 5 minutes so it helps the monotony a bit. Plus, being situated right behind the squat racks can be nice (depending on who is squatting) ;p

I also get the urge to start singing "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" or sea shanties.
