    even lighter day...coming out of the hole at 185 my left knee tweaked a little back near the top. odd. so put on 225, unrack no issue, go down no issue, come back up and right at the top twinge again.

    so naturally i stopped there for safety and did some deads lol

    they felt fine

    Dude that sounds annoying. Maybe a free roaming fragment of something looking for somewhere more comfy in your knee joint? Hope it settles quickly.
