    boy a really warm easter sunday here in nj. lucky for me the room with the squats racks isn't air conditioned...had the doors wide open though. squats felt decent, very happy to get through the 4 top sets, had to bump up my rest between sets at the top to 7 minutes; luckily everyone else went to brunch after church so i had the gym to myself.

    now it's my turn to cook and eat.
