    nothing is better than dl prs. hopefully we will reach uncharted territory next week. Thank you Barbell Prescription for finally convincing my dumbass to not dl every day...

    Excellent! To do both in the same session is pretty awesome. Sounds like you're definitely getting on board with the "don't deadlift twice a day" vibe.

    Because when squatting 280, you knew you'd be done afterwards and an adult beverage was waiting! Nothing is worse than knowing that after a hard set, there are more heavier sets waiting!

    starting strength coach development program
    Mr. Bingley, I am wondering about your deadlift programming. There seems to be variation in sets, reps and weight that deviate from "thee good book". Are you just going by feel, or is there some mysterious program secret that you have unlocked?
