    Have you tried SGDLs for the hammies? No clue if it would work or not, tho.

    regular deads are fine, i've been looking at some youtube videos on hammy stretches...man, the yoga ones are like softcore pr0n! have to be careful at work!

    warmed up on the rower and did some pulls downs afterwards

    ohp 45 1x10, 95 3x5

    warmed up 5 mins on rower, pull downs afterwards, felt really meh and mentally couldn't be bothered to pull even 315 for 5. BLECH

    At 53, there so many of our peers who have simply quit. They just do not try any more. They have accepted their slow decline into death.
