i had hoped a few days of stretching would have helped the hammy/pirimouswhatever but no such luck, quite twingey coming out of the hole at 135 so i said the hell with it. deads felt good, and Siri inspired me to start doing farmers walks again, they're fun
Like carrying all the groceries to feed those gains!
The biggest issue I find right now is not bruising up my legs when my traps get too tired to hold the dumbbells away from my hips.
Try suitcases. They make you really appreciate your obliques after 😀
