ohp 95 1x5
rack pulls 225 1x5, 315 1x5, 385 1x2,
435 1x1 pr, 365 1x5
225 felt decent on sq so figured what the hay added another 50 and 275 it was. felt ok, they were a little shallow (what a surprise) but hammy wasn't overly twingy and the weight itself was light enough (thank you deadlifts!) so will slowly start adding some more reps i guess...damn, i was starting to really enjoy these short workouts
not sure 'pr' on rackpulls means a lot but da-yum it was nice to lift a bar with so much iron hanging off it
now to get that 4th wheel off the floor...
