it always feels like it's just around the corner; if i were goal-focused i'd be mighty frustrated by now but i'm just having too much fun. with all the holiday festivities coming up training will be rather interrupted the next few weeks unfortunately. depending on how i feel tomorrow i may try and pull 395 just to get something done.
Maybe if you forget about it for a while and try later it will surprise you.

belt felt really tight tonight, i guess all the turkey eating finally made its way to my midsection. thinking about what siri said i think i will give it a try, and work on increasing my top set instead of always trying for heavy singles for awhile; so as god is my witness (and the poor guy has been witness to a lot...) the next pr single i will try will be on my birthday in january.
