sq felt ok, almost had an 'incident' on the first rep at 305 as the bar, which really could use some lubrication, started rotating as i was descending and the low bar squat damn near became a low lumbar squat. re-racked and waited about 30 seconds and set it a little higher and went on. fun times! i need to start benching every week, the 135s went ok

really tired and sore, not a great day at all. was hoping to get something to go but nope. will miss next week or so as having some minor surgery today that will preclude lifting for a bit..then will reset somewhat and start again. yay, winning!
